*Terms of Ecoline Estates Inspection Trip
Note 1 By using our Inspection Trip you agree the purpose of this trip is to inspect only our selected properties, chosen with your criteria in mind. Ecoline Estates (hereafter EE) can offer you our own projects or those of our reputable, Constructor / Developer partners.
Note 2 We will ask you to reserve and pay for your flight tickets from your home country and will advise you on available good cost flights, utilising our travel partner in the UK side. As we are not a flight agent, EE cannot be held responsible for any flight changes / cancellations. We advise you that it is normal if you decide to cancel flights yourself, ticket costs are in most cases non refundable on these types of flights, and a flight ticket agent may also take administration charges for a change of dates if a particular air operator should permit rescheduling.
Note 3 EE will refund you the balance of the normal flight ticket cost less the £99.00 charge per person during your trip (and not including extra administration charges, if any).
Note 4 The persons named on any flight ticket must be those travelling under international flight laws.
Note 5 EE will notify you your accommodation details before arrival in Turkey.
Note 6 On particular inspection packages EE may be able to arrange your accommodation in a similar type property to that you have chosen to inspect via our Developer / Agent. So try that new house before you Buy!
Note 7 EE reserve the right to change your hotel accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances or reservation problems. We shall aim to place you in good quality, small hotel on B&B basis.
Note 8 EE do not include travel insurance in this price to cover any eventualities during your trip.
Note 9 A visa is required to purchase on entry into Turkey. Please remember to bring with your passport (which should have more than 11 months validity) a £10 note or 15 Euros note if travelling in from UK/ Europe. For other countries, please check with Consulate.
Note 10 EE will arrange to meet you at named Airport and deliver you to your named accommodation. We would ask you to please arrange a mobile contact number to be activated on arrival so EE are able to locate you in the event of difficulties. Please check with your telephone service provider that your telephone roaming service is active for Turkey.
Note 11 On each day allocated to your inspection trip, EE will arrange our own Director or property representative to collect you from your hotel at Reception area. EE will show you our credentials and we will know yours, so we ask that you please wait for us.
Note 12 All personal expenditures incurred during trip, outside of inspection fee, are for your own account.
Note 13 Our property portfolio is along the South West Mediterranean area of Turkey which covers a wide expanse of resorts. EE will utilise Dalaman, Bodrum or Antalya Airports and will endeavour to select a good choice for you in one vicinity based on your personal requirements, using the nearest Airport. If you have special viewing requirements however, talk to us and we can research other arrival airports for you.
Note 14 EE commit to give you relaxation time during your trip and by knowing your full lifestyle preferences in advance can say confidently we normally find you will choose a suitable property for yourself quite early into your Inspection trip. So we promise we wont take you around hundreds of properties!
Note 15 Should you decide to purchase during trip, £2000 deposit is required to be available to secure your chosen property. Please ensure adequate funds are available; these can be collected by credit card. Please advise your card provider you are going to Turkey before you leave so your card is operational. The balance of any Deposit requested by a property vendor (for example 10%) will normally be required within 2 weeks.
